Risk Disclosure
LAST UPDATED: 15 SEPTEMBER 2026
YOU MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THIS RISK DISCLOSURE BEFORE USING IRONFLOW. IT IS PART OF, AND INCORPORATED INTO, OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR ACCEPT THESE RISKS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Ironflow is non-custodial software that places automated trades on the third-party Hyperliquid protocol according to parameters you set. We never hold your funds and can never withdraw them. To place orders for you, we do hold one key, a trade-only agent key, encrypted, on our servers. It can place and cancel orders but can never withdraw your funds. Because we never hold your funds, we cannot reverse a trade, recover a loss, or refund you. Everything below can happen, and if it does, the loss is yours.
1. YOU CAN LOSE EVERYTHING. Trading perpetual and other derivative contracts is extremely risky and highly volatile. You can lose 100% of the funds you trade, and you can lose them very fast. Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.
2. AUTOMATION ACTS WITHOUT ASKING YOU. Strategies execute automatically, with no confirmation before each trade. Once you start a strategy, it can open, close, and adjust positions on its own, at times and prices you did not specifically approve, and it can keep doing so, including compounding losses, faster than you can react. You are responsible for monitoring your positions at all times.
3. LEVERAGE AND LIQUIDATION. Leverage multiplies both gains and losses. A small move against you can wipe out your entire margin and trigger forced liquidation at an unfavorable price. Funding payments and (auto-)deleveraging can further reduce your returns or close your positions.
4. SLIPPAGE, LATENCY, STALE PRICES, AND BAD FILLS. Orders may fill partially, late, at a worse price than expected, or not at all, depending on market liquidity, network conditions, and timing. Our strategies act on periodically-polled price data that may be delayed or stale, triggers and entries may fire on out-of-date prices. There is no guarantee any order, entry, or exit will execute when, how, or at the price you intend.
5. COPY STRATEGIES ARE DISCONTINUED. Copy trading was discontinued on 15 September 2026. No new copy strategy can be created or resumed. If you still hold a copy strategy, close or delete it; any position it opened stays yours and moves with the market until you close it.
6. IRONFLOW DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON HYPERLIQUID: WHICH WE DO NOT CONTROL. Your trades happen on Hyperliquid, a third party. Hyperliquid can halt, suspend, change its APIs, de-list markets, experience consensus delays, be exploited or hacked, or stop operating, at any time and without notice. If it does, the Services may stop working, your strategies may fail to act, and you may suffer losses. We are not responsible for Hyperliquid or any other third party (wallets, bridges, oracles, onramps, RPC providers).
7. DEPOSITS AND BRIDGING ARE BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD PARTIES. When you deposit, bridge, or buy crypto through an interface we show you, that transaction is between you and the third-party provider (for example, LI.FI, the Hyperliquid bridge, or Coinbase), under their terms. Ironflow never receives, holds, routes, transmits, or converts your funds or fiat in these flows. These providers carry their own risks (failed bridges, delays, fees, exploits) that we do not control.
8. WHEN OUR SERVICE IS DOWN, YOUR STRATEGIES DO NOTHING. Our service restarts, redeploys, and fails from time to time. While it is down, strategies do not enter, exit, adjust, or cancel orders, and protections run by our software (account risk limits, drawdown stops, basket stop-loss and take-profit) do not run. Stop-loss and take-profit orders already resting on Hyperliquid can still execute. After a restart strategies normally resume on their own, but some may stay paused until you sign in again to re-authorize. You may miss important moves or risk-management actions. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such pauses or interruptions.
9. "KILL ALL" DEPENDS ON HYPERLIQUID, AND YOU CAN REVOKE DIRECTLY. "KILL ALL" submits a signed revocation to Hyperliquid; like any Hyperliquid action, it only takes effect when Hyperliquid receives and processes it. If Hyperliquid is halted, delayed, or unavailable, or if our interface is down, your revocation may not process immediately. You can always revoke the agent key and builder-fee approval directly on Hyperliquid (app.hyperliquid.xyz), independent of Ironflow. We do not guarantee the availability of our "KILL ALL" interface.
10. KEY-SECURITY LIMITS. Your trade-only key is encrypted in memory while in use, erased after each signing, and stored on our servers encrypted at rest under a separate key so strategies can resume after a restart. Encryption reduces but does NOT eliminate the risk of theft. Someone who gains access to our running servers, or to both the encrypted store and its key, could use the agent key to place or cancel orders on your account until you revoke it. No system is perfectly secure. You accept this model as a known, disclosed design choice, not a defect. The agent key can never withdraw your funds, and you can revoke it at any time (Section 9).
11. SOFTWARE CAN FAIL OR HAVE BUGS. Our software, like all software, may contain errors, defects, delays, or interruptions that prevent, delay, duplicate, or misprice orders. We make no guarantee that any strategy will run as designed.
12. NO GUARANTEED RETURNS. PAST PERFORMANCE MEANS NOTHING. We do not promise, and you should not expect, any profit or any particular result. Past, backtested, previewed, paper, or simulated performance, scorecards, leaderboards, and the historical results of any wallet you watch are NOT indicative of future results. Backtests and previews exclude fees, funding, slippage, and partial fills. Paper results are simulated and would differ with real orders. Leaderboards and wallet labels are third-party public data, not verified and not recommendations; a high rank is not an endorsement, and you choose which wallets to watch.
13. COSTS: THE BUILDER FEE AND OTHERS. We earn a builder fee of 0.1% (10 basis points) of each order's notional (lower with a promo code, and none on Hyperliquid's native TWAP), which is both our rate and the maximum you approve on-chain; we cannot charge more without you signing a new, higher approval. Hyperliquid collects it on each order our software places for you. This is on top ofHyperliquid's own trading, funding, gas, network, bridge, and onramp fees, which we do not set or control. Builder fees charged are non-refundable. We only earn when you trade. We can never touch your funds.
14. NOT ADVICE. YOUR DECISIONS. YOUR TAXES. Ironflow is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Services (including strategy templates, parameters, leaderboards, statistics, prices, or any output) is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to follow any wallet or make any trade. You choose your strategies and targets from public information, and every decision and outcome is yours. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your trading. Consult an independent licensed professional before trading.
15. REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY. The laws and regulations governing digital assets, derivatives, and automated-trading software are uncertain and changing. Future legal or regulatory developments could restrict, suspend, or end your ability to use the Services, or affect your tax or legal position. The Services are not available to U.S. persons or to anyone in a prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction; you are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful where you are.
16. IRREVERSIBLE AND FINAL. Transactions on Hyperliquid are irreversible and final. There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no reversals.
17. BASKETS ARE GROUPS OF LEVERAGED POSITIONS: NOT A FUND, NOT AN INDEX. A basket strategy opens multiple leveraged positions at once. The markets in a grouping can be highly correlated and can fall together. Baskets are not rebalanced. An optional basket stop-loss or take-profit is checked periodically by our software, not placed on Hyperliquid, so it does not act while our service is down and can close later or worse than the level you set. Without one, positions stay open until you close them. Pre-defined groupings are rule-based screens of markets, they are not recommendations, and including a market in a grouping is not an endorsement of it.
18. PROTECTIVE AUTOMATION IS BEST-EFFORT. Auto-pause on rejected orders, account risk limits, drawdown stops, and similar checks run periodically on data that can be delayed or stale. They can fail, lag, or misfire, and when they do trigger they pause order placement, they do not close your positions, which remain open and unmanaged until you act. They are not stop-loss orders and not a guarantee against loss.
19. TWAP AND ICEBERG DO NOT GUARANTEE A PRICE.A TWAP is executed by Hyperliquid's native TWAP: each slice takes the market price at that moment, within Hyperliquid's own limits. An iceberg rests small orders and may never fill completely if the market moves away or its time limit runs out. Cancelling keeps whatever already filled.
20. STOP-LOSS ORDERS CAN FILL BADLY OR NOT AT ALL. Stop-loss and take-profit orders are trigger orders on Hyperliquid. In fast or thin markets they can fill far from the trigger price, or fail to fill. Deleting a strategy cancels the stop-loss and take-profit orders it placed but does not close its position.
21. MISROUTED DEPOSITS CAN BE LOST FOREVER. Sending funds on the wrong network, to the wrong address or account type, or in an unsupported token can delay them or lose them permanently. We cannot recover misrouted funds. Check the route before you sign.
22. ALERTS CAN FAIL. In-app, Discord, and email notifications depend on our service and third parties and can be late, missing, or wrong. Do not rely on them to manage your risk.
23. SPOT TOKENS AND BUILDER MARKETS. Spot tokens can go to zero. Builder-deployed (HIP-3) markets are run by third-party deployers who set their own oracle and rules and can halt, settle, or delist a market. Any market can be delisted, which pauses strategies on it.
24. FEATURES CAN BE CHANGED OR DISCONTINUED. We can change or discontinue any strategy type or feature at any time, as we did with copy trading. A discontinued feature does not close your positions; managing them stays your responsibility.
25. YOUR WALLET IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If your wallet, device, email login, or session is compromised, someone else may be able to start or change strategies, or withdraw from your Hyperliquid account. We cannot reverse anything they do.
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX FOR THIS RISK DISCLOSURE WHEN YOU CONNECT A WALLET OR SIGN IN, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE RISKS, AND THAT YOU ARE TRADING ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
